A $50 Deposit is required to hold hair which also applies towards your total price. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposit must be made online or with offline payments such as Zelle.

Remaining balance must be made with CASH/ZELLE ONLY.

HOLD

Hold only last up to 5 days. If there is no response after day 5, unit will get put back on our price list.

Returns Policy

As a result of federal health regulations there is no refunds. ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are ONLY accepted when the items are damaged or Pure LeLuxe Hair, LLC has made a mistake. The items MUST be in their original condition in order to be eligible for exchange (not worn, unopened, etc). To request an exchange, Please send an email to pureleluxe@gmail.com to get in touch with customer service within the first 72 hours of receiving your order, along with photo evidence.

Shipping

Kindly review the shipping policy before placing an order. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of payments. To prevent purchase cancellation, make sure that your shipping and billing information are the same. If you don't, your order will be immediately canceled in an attempt to avoid fraud. For ALL flagged transactions, ID verification will be needed in order to prevent fraud activity. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, not including weekends. If ordering in preparation for a special occasion, it is recommended to place order in minimum of 2 weeks in advance to eliminate any delays. After item(s) are shipped, Pure LeLuxe Hair, LLC is no longer liable for misplaced packages. If something goes wrong, we'll do everything we can to resolve this issue. Therefore, before submitting your order, please double check your address, name etc.
