Shipping Policy

Kindly review the shipping policy before placing an order. Please allow 3 business days for the processing of payments. To prevent purchase cancellation, make sure that your shipping and billing information are the same. If you don't, your order will be immediately canceled in an attempt to avoid fraud. For ALL flagged transactions, ID verification will be needed in order to prevent fraud activity. Shipping takes 3 to 5 business days, not including weekends. If ordering in preparation for a special occasion, it is recommended to place order in minimum of 2 weeks in advance to eliminate any delays. After item(s) are shipped, Pure LeLuxe Hair, LLC is no longer liable for misplaced packages. If something goes wrong, we'll do everything we can to resolve this issue. Therefore, before submitting your order, please double check your address, name etc.

 Refund/Exchange Policy

As a result of federal health regulations there is no refunds. ALL HAIR SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are ONLY accepted when the items are damaged or Pure LeLuxe Hair, LLC has made a mistake. The items MUST be in their original condition in order to be eligible for exchange (not worn, unopened, etc). To request an exchange, Please send an email to pureleluxe@gmail.com to get in touch with customer service within the first 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photo evidence.

You are aware of our store policies and accept it. You are aware that the orders that have been submitted cannot be modified or canceled once they have been received (including item changes, shipping address changes, etc).
