Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns all hair sales are final.


Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

Exchanges are ONLY accepted when the items are damaged or Pure Leluxe Hair, LLC has made a mistake. The items MUST be in their original condition in order to be eligible for exchange (not worn, unopened, etc). To request an exchange, Please send an email to pureleluxe@gmail.com to get in touch with customer service within the first 24 hours of receiving your order, along with photo evidence.
